• You may return non-customized products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
• Custom-mixed or tinted paints and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
